My Story
Hi! My name is Natasha! I am a certified full spectrum Doula. I offer Birth, Postpartum, and Bereavement services throughout the Okanagan Valley.
I am a proud wife to my high school sweetheart! We have spent the last 20 years raising our boys and enjoying life one day at a time!
I enjoy supporting women and families through the ups and downs of pregnancy, birth and postpartum healing.
What is a Doula - A trained support person for a mother/family that provides continuous one on one emotional, physical, and informative support.

As a respected Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my package to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different. As a Birth doula I offer unwaivering support during the pregnancy,
birth, and postpartum period. During pregnancy we will develop a plan to best support YOU! I will help you gain knowledge and confidence in your body and it's amazing capabilities. During labor I will join you and offer comfort measure and support during the entire delivery and until the new family is settled. I enjoy sharing these moments with clients and look forward to supporting you on your journey!

Birth Doula Pricing

$1300.00
I offer custom postpartum support for all clients. I am passionate about postpartum health and can assist your family during the addition of a new member.
Breastfeeding support, baby soothing, meal prep, light housework, and sibling bonding are some examples on how I can help during the first few months.
$35.00 per hour - minimum 4 hour shifts
I am a bereavement Doula who walks with, supports, and helps families who are experiencing the loss of their baby, whether that loss is through miscarriage, stillbirth, or a diagnosis that means the baby will not live long after being birth.
$30.00 per hour - Sliding scale payment options available
